Coaching for Life’s Turning Points
When the old way of working, leading, or living no longer fits — and you’re ready to see what’s next
Finding your way forward
Whether you’re feeling drained or simply sensing that something deeper is shifting, you know it’s time for a new way forward.
Coaching gives you space to pause, look beneath the surface, and see what’s really asking for your attention. It’s about learning to listen in new ways, noticing what’s been in the background, and creating a path that feels more grounded and true.
Our work together goes beyond solving problems or achieving goals - though we'll address those too. It's about discovering new ways of seeing, relating, and leading that bring clarity and ease to what comes next.
Who this work is for
Career & Vocation Transitions
You might be stepping into a new role, exploring a shift in direction, or simply sensing that there's more to offer. Your work no longer feels aligned, and you're ready for something that fits who you're becoming.
Maybe you’ve been laid off or your career path has shifted, and now you’re wondering what’s next. You’re not ready to retire, but the idea of returning to the same kind of work doesn’t fit anymore. This might be the time to explore new possibilities or perhaps build something of your own.
You’ve been successful by external standards, yet something inside keeps whispering that this isn’t it. Or you know you're capable of more, but you can't quite see the path forward.
Identity & Purpose Shifts
When a chapter of life is changing, and you're wondering who you're becoming now.
Perhaps you're moving through a significant life transition — a relationship ending, children leaving home, a loss that's reshaped everything, or simply arriving at a place where the old stories about yourself no longer fit. You're also not the person you used to be.
There's a question underneath "Who am I now?" And maybe more importantly: "Who am I becoming?"
Leadership in Transition
When the demands of leading others are evolving, and you're being asked to grow in new ways.
You've been promoted, taken on new responsibilities, or found yourself leading in ways you never expected. The external shift happened, but the internal adjustment is harder than you anticipated. You might be feeling the weight of the responsibility, the visibility, the need to show up differently.
Or maybe you've been leading for years, and something is shifting. The old approaches don't work anymore. You're being called to lead from a deeper, more authentic place but you're not sure what that looks like yet.
You know the tactical stuff isn't the issue. It's something underneath about who you need to become to lead well, about finding your own voice and authority, about learning to trust yourself when the path isn't clear.

Why This Work Is Different
Most coaching focuses on solving problems, setting goals, and taking action. That can lead to progress in the short term, but often the same challenges resurface, leaving you feeling stuck in familiar patterns.
Integral coaching works at a deeper level. Instead of just asking what you’re doing or how you’re doing it, it looks at the lens you’re using to make sense of the world. This inner framework — the beliefs, assumptions, and stories you live by — quietly shapes every choice you make.
And because it usually goes unquestioned, it can also quietly keep you stuck.
At the heart of this work is practice: intentional, consistent engagement that meets you where you are, supports your growth, and helps you embody the changes you long for.
If you’ve ever wondered why you keep running into the same roadblocks or why progress doesn’t last, developmental coaching offers a different path. One that doesn’t just help you manage your challenges, but helps you grow into the person who can move through them with clarity, confidence, and ease.
Making the Invisible Visible
When you begin to see the patterns beneath your challenges, you can shift them. You stop circling the same problems and start creating real change — not just in what you do, but in who you are becoming.
This approach is rooted in over five decades of research in adult developmental psychology. It provides a map of how people grow and evolve, and how to intentionally support that growth. It’s like accessing the source code of change.
Why It Matters Now
The challenges we face today — in leadership, in relationships, in life — are more complex than ever. Insight and willpower alone aren’t enough. Meeting today’s complexity requires us to evolve beyond old ways of thinking, to expand our capacity for awareness, and to work with nuance, uncertainty, and paradox.
Your Coaching Journey
Beginning: Seeing the Patterns
We begin by exploring your current way of being—the habits, responses, and ways of leading that may have brought you success, but are no longer working in the same way. You’ll start to see the deeper patterns at play and how they’ve shaped your leadership.
Discovering: Your New Way of Being
Together, we’ll uncover a more intentional and aligned way of being that’s uniquely yours. You’ll define how you want to show up—with clarity, confidence, and connection to what matters most.
Integrating: Living the New Patterns
Through somatic practices, reflection, and real-time application, you’ll begin to embody this new way of being in your daily leadership. The change becomes lasting—not just conceptual—because it’s rooted in your experience, not outside of it.
What You'll Experience
Many clients experience real shifts in their careers, decision-making, and energy for the work, often leading to new roles, clearer direction, or opportunities they didn’t think were possible before.
A deeper understanding of your internal patterns and how they shape your leadership.
A leadership approach that’s aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
New ways of responding that feel more natural and effective.
The ability to pause and choose your response, even in challenging situations.
Tools and practices to stay connected to your growth over time.
What it looks like
Programs typically last around six months, depending on what’s most needed. Some begin with a two-month starting point, while others choose a fuller six-month journey for deeper, lasting change.
Coaching is designed to meet you where you are with enough structure to support change, and enough flexibility to respond to real life.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
Sessions are 60–75 minutes, every other week via Zoom
Between sessions, you’ll receive personalized practices to integrate what you’re learning
You’ll also have access to support between sessions by email or text.
Together, we’ll uncover what’s ready to shift, practice new ways of being, and build momentum for what’s next.
Let’s talk
Let’s meet for a relaxed, no-pressure coaching conversation to explore what’s next for you.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your next steps — whether or not we work together.
