Beginning: Seeing the Patterns
We start by exploring your ‘current way of being’—the patterns, responses, and ways of carrying your work that brought you here but may be ready for transformation.
Together, we'll illuminate the unconscious ways you've been showing up. You’ll understand how they've served you and where they're no longer aligned with who you're becoming.
Discovering: Your New Way of Being
You'll discover your new way of being: a conscious, intentional approach to life and work that's uniquely yours. This is about uncovering and embodying the person you want to be who is already within you.
We'll explore what authentic, sustainable leadership looks like for you—how you want to show up, respond, and lead from your deepest values and wisdom.
Integrating: Living the New Patterns
Through practices and ongoing reflection, you'll embody this 'new way of being,’ making conscious responses to your natural way of leading. You'll have integrated a new way of being that feels natural and sustainable—a way that honors both your calling for meaningful work and a connection to yourself.

The coaching rhythm
Coaching is designed to meet you where you are — offering structure, consistency, and space for reflection and growth. Here's how we'll work together:
Individual sessions are 60 to 75 minutes, meeting every other week.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
Between sessions, you'll receive regular practices to support your growth, tailored to your needs and goals.
You’ll also have access to ongoing support through check-ins, email, and text, as needed, to help you stay connected to the work between conversations.
