The coaching rhythm
Coaching is designed to meet you where you are with enough structure to support change, and enough flexibility to respond to real life.
Here’s how we’ll work together:
Sessions are 60–75 minutes, every other week via Zoom
Between sessions, you’ll receive customized practices to support your growth
You’ll also have access to support between sessions (via email or text) to help you stay connected to the work
