About my work

You know how to lead, how to deliver, how to get things done. But there comes a moment when your instincts tell you something needs to shift—when what got you here isn’t quite what will take you forward.

I partner with leaders to uncover what’s next and make it real—translating ideas, longings, or gut instincts into tangible next steps and outcomes. My presence is calm and grounding—but also energizing and direct. Together, we turn big questions into real, embodied shifts that lead to renewed energy, clearer focus, and greater impact.

This work opens new doors—whether it’s making bold decisions, stepping into new opportunities, or leading in ways that fully align with who you are now and what you’re called toward next.

What informs my work

I’ve spent my life working with leaders who care deeply about their communities, their purpose, and their growth. Many are in seasons of change—ready for something more, even if they can’t quite name it yet.

My work is about helping people access that “something more”—a deeper sense of clarity, energy, and possibility in how they lead and live. Whether it’s stepping into a new role, reimagining what leadership looks like now, or finding renewed meaning in the work they already do, I support people as they move forward with confidence and intention.

I bring a grounded, compassionate presence that allows leaders to exhale, reflect, and begin to see the way forward. Together, we work toward lasting shifts that lead to greater impact, more fulfillment, and a way of leading that feels true to who they are.

How I work

My approach draws on a background that weaves together education, ministry, and leadership. I hold a Doctorate in Education and a Master of Divinity, and I am an ordained minister in the UCC.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with leaders, communities, and institutions to design learning experiences, lead programs, offer pastoral care, coach, mentor, and build relational, mission-aligned environments for learning and growth.

As a certified Professional Integral Coach™, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I bring a holistic and developmental approach to coaching. I also have additional training in Hakomi Somatic Coaching, which supports clients in connecting with body-based wisdom and presence.

I help leaders gain insight into their patterns, reconnect with their purpose, and take meaningful steps forward—whether that’s scaling their impact, navigating complex decisions, or leading with more ease and clarity.

A commitment to presence

At the core of my work is a commitment to presence, deep listening, and thoughtful progress. My role is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to go.

I help clients slow down enough to hear their own wisdom, challenge patterns that are no longer serving them, and create new ways of working and living that feel more aligned and energizing.

Presence isn’t passive. It’s an active, intentional way of being that opens up clarity, momentum, and lasting change.

That’s what I bring to every conversation—and it’s what helps leaders access the deeper shifts they’re ready for.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling along the Pacific Highway, walking by the ocean, and staying connected to movement through yoga and weight lifting. I also like learning through audiobooks and podcasts.

I love classic rock and singer-songwriters, and I’m always up for an outdoor concert. Vegan desserts are my go-to treat. Originally from Philadelphia, I enjoy gathering with family to cheer on the Eagles.
