About my work

I'm a Professional Certified Integral Coach (PCC) who works with professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners navigating transition, complexity, and what's actually driving the challenge beneath the surface.

My clients come to me when they're facing change, moving into expanded roles, or moments of crossroads or transition where the obvious answers aren't landing. My coaching focuses on the inner work that makes the outer work possible, creating lasting change by uncovering the assumptions, patterns, and deeper questions that shape leadership.

I partner with you to uncover what's next and make it real by translating ideas, longings, and gut instincts into tangible next steps and outcomes. My presence is calm and grounding, but also energizing and direct. Together, we turn big questions into real, embodied shifts that lead to renewed energy, clearer focus, and greater impact.

This work opens new doors - whether it's making important decisions, stepping into new opportunities, or leading in ways that fully align with who you are now and what you're called toward next.

What informs my work

I've spent over twenty years in roles where transformation happens, working with people navigating significant transitions and growth. What I've learned is that people need space to access their own clarity, energy, and possibility in how they lead and live.

My background in ministry taught me to hold space for people in times of uncertainty and change. My work in education showed me how learning happens when people feel truly seen and supported. And my training as an integral coach gives me frameworks for understanding how real transformation unfolds.

I bring all of this together in service of people who are ready to step more fully into who they're becoming, even if the path isn't completely clear yet.

What this creates for you

This kind of coaching supports the kind of transformation that creates real momentum, especially in the places that have felt stuck the longest. When you’re able to step outside old patterns and see what’s really been shaping your choices, you unlock new ways of thinking, leading, and being.

The results are both subtle and significant: deeper clarity, stronger alignment, and more consistent follow-through on the things that matter most. This work helps you become the kind of leader and person you know you're capable of being.

At the core of my work is a commitment to presence, deep listening, and thoughtful progress. When you have space to slow down, listen to your own wisdom, and explore what's emerging, you naturally begin to see new possibilities and feel more energized about moving toward them.

My role is to be fully present with you in that process by asking the questions that shift your perspective, noticing what you might be missing, and supporting you as you step into the next version of yourself.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling along the Pacific Highway, walking by the ocean, and staying connected to movement through yoga and weight lifting. I also like learning through audiobooks and podcasts.

I love classic rock and singer-songwriters, and I’m always up for an outdoor concert. Vegan desserts are my go-to treat. Originally from Philadelphia, I enjoy gathering with family to cheer on the Eagles.
