About my work

Coaching focuses on the inner work that makes the outer work possible, creating lasting change by uncovering the assumptions, patterns, and deeper questions that shape leadership.

This kind of coaching supports the kind of transformation that creates real momentum, especially in the places that have felt stuck the longest. When you’re able to step outside old patterns and see what’s really been shaping your choices, you unlock new ways of thinking, leading, and being.

The results are both subtle and significant: deeper clarity, stronger alignment, and more consistent follow-through on the things that matter most. This work helps you become the kind of leader and person you know you're capable of being.

At the core of my work is a commitment to presence, deep listening, and thoughtful progress. When you have space to slow down, listen to your own wisdom, and explore what's emerging, you naturally begin to see new possibilities and feel more energized about moving toward them.

What informs my work

I've spent my career in leadership directing programs, leading teams, and working with organizations navigating significant change. That experience shapes how I understand what it actually takes to lead well in the middle of real demands and real stakes.

My training as an integral coach gives me frameworks for understanding how real transformation unfolds. My background in ministry informs how I hold space for people in times of uncertainty and change. And my work in higher education showed me how growth happens when people feel truly seen and supported.

I bring all of this together in service of leaders who want to step more fully into who they're becoming.

Through coaching, consulting, and contemplative gatherings, I help leaders build the inner clarity and presence needed to meet their work with greater ease and intention. This work supports thoughtful decision-making, healthier boundaries, and a more grounded way of carrying responsibility.

Life Outside of Work

I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. You’ll often find me cycling along the Pacific Highway, walking by the ocean, or keeping a regular practice through yoga and weight lifting.

I’m currently training for an endurance event in 2026, which reinforces how much long-term practices, steady progress, and consistency matter to me more than quick wins.

I also enjoy learning through audiobooks and podcasts. Music is a way I make sense of life beyond words. I’m drawn to singer-songwriters for their honesty and storytelling, and I love experiencing music live, especially at outdoor concerts.

Originally from Philadelphia, I enjoy gathering with family to cheer on the Eagles (Go Birds!)
