About my work

I’ve spent my life working with leaders who care deeply for their communities, for justice, and for the work they are called to do. I know both the beauty and the weight of this kind of work. It invites us to shape communities, tend to others, and pursue meaningful change.

The work is meaningful and often deeply personal. It’s also demanding, asking leaders to navigate complexity, hold competing needs, and sustain themselves along the way. I work with those committed to this kind of work who are looking for more capacity, energy, and resilience to continue doing it well.

I help senior leaders, ministers, and educators carry the weight of complex relationships, institutional demands, and the call to serve, while finding space to tend to themselves along the way. When the pressure builds, I support them in leading in ways that feel more sustainable and connected to what first called them to this work.

Coaching helps leaders discover new ways of doing their work with more presence, energy, and sustainability without abandoning the purpose that matters most to them.

What informs my work

My approach draws on a background that weaves together education, ministry, and leadership. I hold a Doctorate in Education and a Master of Divinity, and I am an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked with leaders, communities, and institutions to design learning experiences, lead programs, offer pastoral care, coach, mentor, and build relational, mission-aligned environments for learning and growth.

Through coaching, I help leaders meet the personal and professional demands of leadership with greater sustainability, presence, and connection to what matters most. I work with people to uncover limiting patterns, strengthen resilience, and lead in ways that feel true to who they are.

I’m a certified Professional Integral Coach™, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, with additional training in Hakomi Somatic Coaching. I use a holistic framework that helps people gain deeper insight into their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, fostering lasting and embodied change.

A commitment to presence

At the core of my work is a commitment to presence, deep listening, and helping individuals and communities make thoughtful shifts. I help people notice where they may be stuck, uncover patterns that no longer serve them, and move toward ways of working and living that feel more sustainable and life-giving.

Through my own experiences with leadership, career transitions, and personal growth, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from working harder — it comes from reconnecting with yourself and finding a way forward that honors both your purpose and your humanity.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling along the Pacific Highway, walking by the ocean, and staying connected to movement through yoga and weight lifting. I also like learning through audiobooks and podcasts.

I love classic rock and singer-songwriters, and I’m always up for an outdoor concert. Vegan desserts are my go-to treat. Originally from Philadelphia, I enjoy gathering with family to cheer on the Eagles.
