Sustain your work and yourself

Whether you love your work or are beginning to question it,

You don’t have to choose between your calling and your well-being.

You get to do both.

Sustainable strategies for leaders in ministry, education, social justice, and community.

You give generously — to your community, your vocation, and your work.

Heart-centered leaders show up fully, caring deeply about the people they serve and the work they lead. And yet, it can be hard to sustain.

There are ways to tend to both — the people you serve and your own well-being.

Whether you’re stepping into new responsibilities or have been carrying the work for a while, it’s easy to lose track of where the work ends and you begin. It can feel like you're always doing so much, but still unsure if you’re doing it well, or in a way that feels true to you.

A new way is possible.

How we can work together

Coaching for Heart-Centered Leaders

Coaching offers a space to shift and bring more balance, clarity, and presence to both your life and leadership. It helps you carry out your work with more energy and ease.

Consulting for Learning and Formation

Consulting supports and mission-driven educational organizations and small businesses in designing programs and courses, strengthening learning communities, and shaping spaces where people connect deeply and grow in formation.

Hi, I’m Vince

For more than two decades, I’ve walked alongside ministers, educators, and justice-oriented leaders who give themselves fully to the work of community, learning, and transformation.

I’ve witnessed how tending to one’s own well-being allows us to lead with more presence, energy, and trust in ourselves.

As a Certified Professional Integral Coach™, I help people and organizations continue doing the work they care about in more sustainable ways and more connected to who they are. I support those who give of themselves and are looking for more sustainable ways to lead.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: how we serve others is inseparable from how we tend to ourselves.

This is the work I’m called to do - accompanying leaders and communities in the joys and challenges of meaningful work.

Let’s talk about what you’re hoping for.

This is a relaxed, pressure-free conversation where you can share what’s on your mind, ask questions about coaching, and explore what you need next. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your path forward — whether or not we decide to work together.
