Lead in a way that honors your leadership and your well-being

Coaching for people navigating change, questioning what’s next, or working to sustain the work they love

Whether you’re navigating change or questioning what’s next, it helps to have a guide—and a structured approach that supports real progress. Someone who can offer perspective, ask powerful questions, and create space for you to get clear about what’s next.

How we can work together

Coaching for Leadership and Well-Being

Coaching offers a space to deepen the impact of your leadership and sustain the work you care about. It helps you carry your work with more energy, balance, and impact.

Consulting for Learning and Formation

Consulting supports organizations, schools, and faculty in designing programs, strengthening learning communities, and creating spaces where people connect deeply and experience lasting formation.

Hi, I’m Vince

For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside leaders, educators, and justice-oriented changemakers committed to building relationships, community, and meaningful change.

I’ve seen how tending to one’s well-being allows leaders to show up with more presence, energy, and trust for themselves and those they serve.

As a Professional Certified Integral Coach™, I help individuals and organizations sustain their leadership in grounded and connected ways.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: how we serve others is inseparable from how we tend to ourselves.

This is the work I’m called to — walking with leaders and communities through the real joys and challenges of meaningful work.

Let’s talk

Let’s meet for a relaxed, no-pressure coaching conversation to explore what’s next for you.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your next steps — whether or not we work together.
